Interscope recording artist +44 joins FALL OUT BOY on the 2007 HONDA CIVIC TOUR

Alt-rockers +44 hit the road this spring with Fall Out Boy on the 7th annual Honda Civic Tour. The band features familiar faces Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker (formerly of blink-182) along with Shane Gallagher (The Nervous Return) and Craig Fairbaugh (Transplants) as they continue to support their debut album, When Your Heart Stops Beating. Prior, the group embarked on a 25-city headlining tour in Winter 2006 on the heels of their release. The Honda Civic Tour roster is rounded out by The Academy Is..., Paul Wall and Cobra Starship.

The title-track first single, "When Your Heart Stops Beating," is making its presence. Blender hails the single as one of the "Greatest Songs of 2006" and it continues to climb the Billboard Modern Rock Chart, peaking at #14 after 15 weeks on. With a Top 10 debut on Nielsen's Soundscan, +44 has also made appearances on The Late Show with David Letterman and Jimmy Kimmel Live. They also have an exclusive AOL Music Session under their belt, streamed over 315,000 times.

Over the last six years, the Honda Civic Tour has become one of the music industry's hottest tours by putting fans in touch with their favorite artists at moderate ticket prices while promoting environmental consciousness. Previous headlining acts on the Honda Civic Tour included: blink-182, Incubus, Dashboard Confessional, Maroon 5 and The Black Eyed Peas.
